L2 Replay Data

    L2 Replay Data

    NT 7.0.0.22

    For the past couple of weeks when I try to download Replay data if get a message that there is no L2 available. This is for the ES 12-10 contract.

    Is there an issue with this, or am I missing something on my end?

    Thank you for your post.

    Please clarify if you are downloading data for Market Replay via File > Utilities… or if you are downloading this data via the Tools > Historical Data Manager.

        Hello tquinn,

        Unfortunately there is an issue with Market Replay L2 data when downloading Market Replay data. We are aware of the issue and currently looking into it.

          Status update? It is something within the NT7 software or is the issue on the server side?

            This is an issue we are currently looking into but as yet is unresolved.

              NT 7 Beta 23.

              I decided to try out the level2 Replay data this weekend.

              Replay kept popping errors in the output window every once in a while.

              Level2 indicators would go blank. Refreshing the chart would reactivate these level2 indicators.

              If I disconnected Replay and resconnected Replay after getting the "error", on the reconnect, all level2 indicators were stripped off all the charts in all 4 loaded work spaces.
