Non-responsive charts

I have a couple of charts that are not updating. They are GC 12-10 and YM 12-10 and both are defined in the Instrument Manager.

In the DataSeries for both charts, the Session Template is set to Default 24/7.

I'm currently using the 64-bit version and Zen Fire. Changing to 32-bit versions had the same behavior.

What else can be done to make the data live again for these charts?

Thank you for your post.

1.) Which version of NinjaTrader 7 are you using? 7.0.0.X
You can check by clicking Help > About.

2.) Whom is your data provider?

Thank you for the clarification.

Please disconnect from Zen-Fire, reset your instrument list, then restart NinjaTrader and test again.

To reset your instruments please: go to the Tools menu, select the Options menu item, select the Misc tab, and then click on 'Reset Instruments'.

After resetting the instruments, the charts are now active again!
