Trading Technologies (Velocity Futures) and NT 7 issue with GC, SI, and others

Example: I can open charts for GC and SI populated with historical data. However, the charts are not updating in real-time. I have a live NinjaTrader license and am using version 7 of NT with update 22. CL and ES update in real-time just fine and I have been trading them live successfully.

I have tried changing the exchange to Globex, but have not had success with that change as I have seen suggested elsewhere.

This may be related to an issue which has been identified where Velocity servers broadcasted out of sync time stamps. Please restart & retry to load these instruments & let us know if this issue persists. If so we then email us at support AT ninjatrader DOT com & reference this forum thread.

I was able to contact Velocity Futures and received some help. However, I now have real-time charts with no historical data.

Historical back fill data

Since it seems that NinjaTrader is providing the backfill historical data for Trading Technologies, is there any chance that NinjaTrader will get the backfill historical data issue resolved for those of us with brokers using Trading Technologies?
