I was given a workspace ( in xml format) to download and can't figure out how to do so and how I would go about opening it> any help would be appreciated

Hello Perry,
Thank you for posting in our forum.
To open a workspace you were given first you will need to copy the workspace folder and files to their respective location on your computer.
Copy and paste all files to Documents\NinjaTrader 7\workspaces
*please note you may want to backup your current workspace to another folder.
Once all files have been copied over to the folder, start NinjaTrader and the workspace will be available via Control Center > File > Workspaces > open workspace
