Production Release of NT7?

Like many owners and users of Ninja Trader, I am curious as to when NinjaTrader expects to release the Production Version of NT7. I was hoping to be able to move up to this upgrade by now, but have not been able to because 2 out of 5 of the 3rd-party suppliers/developers of NT add-ons that I use are delaying the release of their product until NT7 comes out of beta.

It is obvious from the discussions in this Forum that the beta process has been very productive. However, it has gone on for a much longer time than I expected and I am wondering if there is some underlying instability that is preventing this release. I have used NT7 in Sim mode quite a lot and it seems fine to me, at least in this limited-use mode. However, It appears that some of the 3rd-party people seem to be hedging their bets and delaying the release of their products in order to avoid, what seems unlikely to me, a recall of their products due to a major change in NT7.

I have a few of questions. First, what are the issues that are preventing the Production Version of NT7 from being released?

Second, would it be possible or useful to release a 32 bit only version first to get the 3rd-party ball rolling?

Third, can you confidently recommend the use of the NT7 DOM and ChartTrader for trading live connections through Zenfire?

Unfortunately there is no ETA yet when NinjaTrader 7 will be released as production version.

There will not be a pre-release that only covers 32 bit. Once NinjaTrader 7 will be released as production version, it will include both 32 and 64 bit.

Yes, you can use NinjaTrader 7 to trade live. However, since it is still a beta version, we advise to be extra cautious.
