Can't set negative price alert

I'm not sure if this is a NT7 issue or not but I'm trying to set the price alert indicator to -1000 using the instrument TICK. Positive numbers are fine.

Also once the trigger is met the doorbell sounds but if it is triggered again then there isn't the sound anymore unless I open and close indicators. Is there a way that the trigger will always be active?

I'm simply selecting the price alert from indicators and setting the price level.

Thank you for the clarification.

Unfortunately, the PriceAlert indicator as it exist currently is limited to alerts based upon positive values. What you're looking for is possible, but custom programming would be required.
