Strategy and Account performance differences

I'm running several strategies in NT7 on Account Sim101 and I seem to be having several discrepancies.

Basically the figures presented by the Strategy Performance reports don't tally with the Account Performance reports. e.g. one strategy had a largest winning trade of $1,450.00 but that trade does not appear in the Account Report.

I read somewhere there is a distinction between Account performance and Strategy performance, but if the strategy is working the same account shouldn't all the trades in the strategy report also appear in the account performance report?

Also, there are some entries in the Bars column of both reports which are negative. Would that probably be due to some interruption such as closing NT7?

vlc, can you please post a screenshot of your negative bars entries in the performance stats?

The account performance and strategy performance would not neccessarily be the same, the account performance is tied to the actual account and only holds trades / executions that were exected on this account. It would not hold any historical strategy trading, as this took not place on the account.

OK, i think i get. So even though it is in the same time period, the strategy may not have been active at that moment to actually execute the trade.

Correct, it needs to execute real time on the designated account for it to show up in Account Performance.

Can you please contact me directly via Help > Mail to Support and check to include your logs / trace and database file, so I can check into the negative values you get?
