Hi thanks no not that
I understand retracements u go lo 2 hi and it plots the fibs in between
extensions u go lo 2 hi but then it wants u to place an extra line somewhere i dont get it
Also why arent extensions and retracements on the same tool it just means adding a -23% line and a 123% line etc to the retracement tool
it must be something to do with the xtra line
i need an idiot guide to ext tool

Unfortunately there is no additional information regarding the Fibonacci tools.
The Extension allows you to draw 3 anchor points, while the Retracement uses 2 anchor points.
If you double click the anchor line of the Fibonacci tool, you will open up its properties menu. Subsequently you can configure the tool to your liking and add additional percentage lines.JasonNinjaTrader Customer Service

do know what the 3rd point is for?
is there a link to help?
who wrote it?
Please do me favour and request that the small F in a box that appears far upper right of charts that u click to resize the plot is made into a rectangle across so its easier to hit, thanks

Unfortunately, there is no additional information regarding Fibonacci tools in our help guide.
Fibonacci extensions use 3 price points - swing high and swing low and the swing point (3rd point) where price reversed from retracement. I suggest to search in Google for more information regarding 'Fibonacci extensions'.
In addition, I will forward your suggestion to Development and ask them if they can add this to the list of future considerations of the software. Thank you for your feedback.JasonNinjaTrader Customer Service
