SuperDom not displaying instruments

two problems today:
1. as you can see in the first of the screenshots attached, I can get the chart for FESX 12-10, with current data included. However, the Superdom right next to it will not show any data. Have opened and closed several times, restarted, etc. No luck.

2. The only instruments I can bring up on a SuperDom are the ones in the defaul t instrument list. I cannot get any instruments that are in other instrument lists. See second two screenshots (I can't get both instrument lists up at same time but believe me they are indeed happening simulatenously.)

Yes I am using Beta 22.
Also, just yesterday I did a complete uninstall and reinstall of NT7b.22 in order to solve my prior problem from a few days ago. (My settings did not save so I re-entered them.) Don't think this could be source of problem.

Do you actually have streaming data right now for the instrument? Please confirm this in the T&S window.

The SuperDOM only shows instruments from the default instrument list. Your second "Simon" list would not show. This is expected behavior.

This market is closed right now, opens about 6 hrs from now. I understand I won't get streaming data at this moment, but chart shows data up until the market closed 3 hrs ago. The SuperDom I showed you doesn't even have the closing prices or any numbers at all on it, so I can't even place an order for market on open.

Charts show all historical data. If the data provider is not driving any current data though, the DOM will have a hard time populating anything. If you throw the instrument up onto the Control Center I suspect you would also get no prices which would be in line with nothing being displayed because there is simply no data at that time.
