    Who is your data provider?

    News, if available, will download in the background without user interaction. In this case, it looks like that news was provided with a malformed timestamp.

      my data provider is kinetick. Is there a way i can turn this feature off. Don't really need it.

        I also want to note that zenfire level 2 data is missing for some reason. Im using ninja beta 22 version 7

          Thanks for the clarification.

          Unfortunately, there's not a way to disable the news feed provided with Kinetick.

          Can you elaborate on the Zen-Fire level II data?

            For some reason the Level 2 data on the dom for the zenfire connection wasn't working on the 64 bit side(64 bit version of ninja). I launched ninja on 32 bit mode and the level 2 data is displayed on the DOM....Don't know why? It also works on TT in 32 bit mode.

              So what do i do with the error in invalid timestap issue? Do i just ignore it?
              Another Interesting note is that i get only the "2010ma" invalid timestamp error in the 32 bit mode, but in the 64 bit mode i get both as shown in the picture above.

                Yes - ignore the timestamp error. There's nothing we can do from our end to correct this and it won't effect NT's normal operations.

                I'm not able to replicate the Level II data issue. Could you provide your workspace? (Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Workspaces)

                  your running latest beta with ninja running in in 64 bit mode. and zenfire connected as second connection in 64 bit mode with kinetick being primary connection?

                  Its the DOM, no workspace. I closed and reopened it, same problem. The dom was displaying level II data normally during trading hours.

                    I tested while connected only to Zen-Fire. Can you try this on your end? Perhaps the Kinetick account does not include level II data.

                      Kinetick doesn't provide level 2 data, but my broker does, which is zenfire. Therefore it shouldn't matter. The contract is set to es 12-10 not ##-##

                        like i also mentioned, it works in the 32 bit environment, but when i lauch ninja in 64 bit, using the same connections, it doesn't work. So the level 2 data obviously has nothing to do with kinetick. We're talking about zenfire level 2 in 64 bit.
