Can't shut down NT

    Can't shut down NT

    Strange problem tonight. Went to shut NT down and I keep getting an error after the 'Save Workspace' confirm.

    The error window has the standard 'NinjaTrader has detected a problem and needs to shut down...' Doesn't matter what I click on the save workspace confirmation.

    Thank you for your post.

    Please send us your most recent Log & Trace files so we can see if there are any errors taking place in the background.

    These files can be found in the (My) Documents folder in the following folders:
    1. NinjaTrader 7 > Trace > trace.YYYYMMDD.txt
    2. NinjaTrader 7 > Log > log.YYYYMMDD.txt

    Make sure to attach these text (.txt) files to your response/email and send to support AT ninjatrader DOT com.
