NT7 Abort Glitch?

I am having a problem with NT7 and loading data, it just sits there forever trying to load data, when I abort the data load it just glitches and sits there saying "abort" forever and never resolves...

Any help appreciated,

Can you please tell me to what connectivity provider you connect in NinjaTrader. Does the lower left corner of the Control Center state 'Connected' in green?

What data are you trying to load - what instrument and period type? Are you able to load data for other instruments and/or period types?

Hey Jason,

I use IB, not sure what the problem was, if it is their weekend data or what... The lower right corner of NT just would not abort and sit there working...

It seems NinjaTrader froze and got unresponsive. Please let me know if the issue recurs and tell me how much historical data you requested and if you see any consistency.
