Unable to import Jurbol Macd BB for NT 7

B 22 unable to import Macd BB. Get message saying import files already exist and/or file missing unable to import. Anyone have any ideas on what to do?

babba, can you perhaps post a screenshot of the exact message you would get? Perhaps the code would need to be modified to make it compatible for NT7, our code breaking changes are found and detailed here -

Contains critical information including but not limited to migration, installation, connections and changes.

Babba I had the same exact problem using NJ 7.20.

Its been download 81 times from the NJ 7 indi area here so kind of surprising no one else mentioned it.

babba, I programmed that indicator, and I know that many already imported it to NT7 v22 without any problems. I remember having problems exporting the indicator, and had to add the bollinger bands manually. I guess that could be a reason for the problem. Try to move the Bollinger bands in your Indicator folder to another location, and the import again.

Thank you for the quick replies. I tried to move then remove the bollinger bands from the Indicator folder but my computer freezes in the process. Any suggestions on how to move them. Also is attached the sequence of message boxes I get when trying to import this indicator. Please let me know if you have any ideas. Thank you.

The Bollinger method in the import files seems to give you an issue...can you try just copying the main indicator to the indicator folder and then compiling studies in NT7? That should compile well as it just did on my end here.

Thanks for the suggestion. I tried to copy the file to the NT7 indicator folder but the process freezes up. In the meantime I have been able to import other indicators just fine. I'm sure if I can just get this indicator away from the import folder it will compile. Anyway here's a screenshot of what I get when I tried to move/copy MacdBB to the NT7 indicator folder. Any suggestions would be welcome. Thank you.

Babba, I reprogrammed the indicator. Also fixed a couple of other small bugs. Please try to install the new version. Let me know how it goes.

Thank you, your new version worked. Still got one message box for SMA currently exists but clicked no on replacing it and it went ahead and imported successfully. Thank you again.
