Neither of the text boxes on the attached chart can be move vertically. Horizontal and downward move fine. This happens with or without Chart Trader enabled.
Same chart as the unresolved question from 10/5/10, Yes I am on Beta 22.
I tried it on other charts; it seems to occur after I have made the scale on the right bigger and smaller. I don't know how to make the scale automatically back to origainl settings -- this might resolve it? Actually now that I have fooled around with it, it seems that text boxes only work can be moved to within the area of the highest bar and the lowest bar displayed on the chart, at least once the left or right scales have been adjusted.
