corrupt atm strategy template causing crash

I need to delete all atm templates...where are they

reproducing problem:
1. in charttrader I opened the atm strategy dialog
2. it showed 'none'
3. I set the stop strategy to 20 trail and initial stop to 8 ticks and saved as 'manual'
4. this caused nt7 to crash
5. on every restart of nt it crashed again when I tried to access Manual via charttrader
6. I deleted all workspaces however atm templates are still there

how do I delete the atm templates?

solution:
1. go to Start...search 'MANAUL.xml'....go to file and delete....this allows opening NT7 without crash which was closed on multiple crashes with charttrader trying to access 'MANUAL' atm template
2. go to Charttrader atm template dialog....right click....Manage....delete MANUAL and recreate
3. problem solved

- NT7 has bug? when doing Manage save from <none> instead of from <custom>

To delete these you must rename the database.

This process will delete your saved ATM Strategies, Trade History.

Can you please rename the NinjaTrader database. To rename the DB:
• Shutdown NinjaTrader and Go to the Start Menu
• Select My Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> DB--> NinjaTrader.SDF.
• Right click on NinjaTrader.SDF and select "Rename."
• Name it "NewNinjaTrader.SDF."
• Then restart the software.

However can you please send us the log and trace and database from the application by going to Control Center->Help->Mail To support and check marking these before you compete this procedure and put ATTN: Brett in the subject line so that I can see why NinjaTrader crashed.

What version of NinjaTrader are you using? This is located in the Control Center->Help->About to the right of the NinjaTrader logo.

Also, if you setup the same strategy again can you get it to occur again on a new database?

NT7 beta 22
I did not rename db...did the fix per my post 2 above
at this time I do not want to try to reproduce as I am trading

can you reproduce as follows:
1. in charttrader, from ATM strategy dialog, from <none>, set initial stop to 8 and stop strategy to something new
2. right click,...from Manage ATM Strategy Templates....type a name and save
3. if creating from <none> instead of from <custom> does not corrupt the template, then no bug in NT7
