ZigZag logic flawed?

Hello,

Do you agree there seems to be a problem with the logic of the ZigZag indicator? As it stands, swings not always reflect all the price action. See bars with green arrows in attached picture of a recent example using the ES contract on 240 Min chart.

Is this a problem you were already aware of and looking into?

The ZigZag legs in the graph are ok , however the ZigZag High Low functions do reflect this only 1 bar later.

Hi Kyle and zweistein,

As advised, I will try to develop my custom indicator, but I still think the legs of NT's standard ZigZag indicator are drawn incorrectly whenever a chart contains what I would call "mixed" or "undetermined" bars - i.e. those that have a higher high and a lower low than the bar that precedes them (as was the case in those bars marked with the green arrows in the picture I posted earlier).
