Chart Frozen

I just opened my version 7 and the CL 11-10 chart is frozen. It's displaying all the data from today, but ends at 11:30. The Super Dome is showing movement, as is the control panel when that instrument is selected. I've tried creating a new chart, but get the same results. Other instruments seem to work fine.

I've verified that the CL 11-10 instrument is getting data with v 6.5. What am I doing wrong?

Please check the session template the chart is using. Please ensure the session template still has active hours right now. If you are outside the active hours as defined in the session template the chart will not show any updating data.

The Session Manager is set to Default 24/7, and the chart session is set to <use instrument settings>. These are the same settings as other instruments that work.

Session Manager would not have a default applicable on an instrument basis. Each instrument has its own default session template determined in the Instrument Manager. Please see what session template is set as the default for CL in there.
