No Static SuperDOM

Hi,

I'm using NT 7 ver 21 and don't have an option to open a Static SuperDOM window. I have a live trading account with Pat Systems and a backup data feed with Kinetick. I typically do not use a price ladder for trading but am beginning to explore some of its features.

I've read the various forum threads about TT charges, different broker policies, etc., but need to know what happened to my Static SuperDOM once I switched over to NT 7 from NT 6.5 and bought a live license. Who can help me with this?

Hello Michael,

Likely, your live license is set to use the Dynamic SuperDOM, so it will exclude the Static SuperDOM in NinjaTrader.

Please send your license key to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com to confirm. Please put 'Attn Jason' in the subject header and reference this thread.
