No L2 data available for ES

Hi

For the last 3 days NT7 has given me an message there is no L2 data available to download for Market replay for ES 12-10. Dates are 24, 27 and 28 September 2010.

Prior to those dates I was getting L2 market replay data no problem.

Has something changed on the server end?

Hello Paul,

Unfortunately there were some issues with the data server, which caused it not to record L2 data for the days you mention.

Correction, the issue has not been fixed yet. Can you please load Market Replay data for today and check if both L1 and L2 data is loaded.

Hi NT Support,

I am still having issues downloading L2, ES 12-10 replay data for Sept 27, 28th and Oct 4th.
Can you please let me know when this issue is resolved.

Development is in contact with Zen-Fire regarding this issue. Unfortunately there is no additional information available at this point in time.
