    No L2 Data for 6e

When I try to download replay data for the 6e contract for the 27th it states that there is no L2 data for that date.
This is the first time I have had this occur.
    I am ruunning NT7.21 64bit Zenfire.
    Any comment?

    Hello John_Aus,

Unfortunately there is no L2 Market Replay data available for the 6E 12-10 on 9/27/2010. I tested it on my end and I receive the same message.

      Thanks Jason for reply
28th is doing exactly the same thing.
Is there any reason that this is happening?
      Regards John

        Hello John,

Unfortunately I do know why there is no L2 data available. I have sent an email to Development for clarification.

I will let you know once there is news regarding the matter.

          Hello John,

Unfortunately there an issue with the data server. Development is in contact with Zen-Fire to solve the issue.

If you need Market Replay L2 data, I suggest to record it yourself for now. Please go to Control Center-->Tools-->Options-->Data-tab and enable 'Record for market replay'.

Open a SuperDOM and ensure it receives L2 data and leave it running. You will now record L1 and L2 data, which you can replay in future sessions.

            Thanks for reply Jason
I will wait for Development & ZenFire to correct
One point there is at the moment of course no L2 available on the DOM for obvious reasons
I should have mentioned this in my first post

              Hello John,

Can you please check if you have market depth (L2) enabled in the SuperDOM properties menu (right click SuperDOM).

When I test the 6E 12-10 on my end in the SuperDOM, I receive L2 data (see screenshot).

We tested it on our end using Zen-Fire 64 bit and we received L2 data as well.

Can you please try a reboot of your PC and check if the issue remains.

                          John,

Unfortunately on my end here I am able to get L2 on 6E for Zen 64-bit as well. Perhaps you could send an email in to support [at] ninjatrader [dot] com with your login credentials and we can test with your particular Zen account? Thanks.
