FDAX missing friday data

Thank you for clarifying. I will test the FDAX 12-10 next Monday around 10 AM (GMT +1) and check if I can reproduce it.

Once again ...

Hello NinjaTrader Team,

once again: It is Monday morning, and Friday data for FDAX is missing. Same for other Eurex products: FGBL, FSEX, also no Friday data available.

I already restarted NinjaTrader and reloaded the historical data: no effect.

When I look to the historical data manager, under "minute" data for FDAX, I see only one entry: date 19.11.2010, time 22:14, and the same value of 6870,00 for open / high / low / close ...

As other participants have already posted, Friday data has been available on Friday and now is gone.

I am using NT7 beta 23 and Zen-Fire.

I am able to reproduce the issue when connected to Zen-Fire. I display only 1 bar for 11-19 when I currently load historical data. I will forward my findings to Development to further investigate the issue. Please reload historical data during the next two hours and check when Friday's data will be loaded and let me know what time it started working.

When I connect to an IB paper account this morning, I was able to load historical data for 11-19 as per the FDAX 12-10.

my IB account is working OK this morning, this corresponds to your IB papertrading test.
I did not check other connections.

Data now available

Hi Jason,

the Friday data is now available from Zen-Fire. Must have been some time between 10:00 and 11:00 CET when the data became available. I think it was necessary to restart NinjaTrader. When tried to reload historical data two minutes ago, the data was still missing, but right after restarting NinjaTrader and reloading again, the data was there ...

@ Heiko, thank you for letting me know, I am now able to load Friday's data too. I informed Development as well.

so what do you expect?

Offcourse I expect you to fix your zen-fire api based problem. For sure there is a fix, one must just be eager enough to invent it.
The post you mention is from 23-8,-2010, hence it is 3 month old. For sure time enough to look into a fix.

Can you please try a restart of NinjaTrader and a reload of historical data. I am able to load Friday's data at this time on my end.
