FDAX missing friday data

Did you reloaded historical data around 8 AM as well? Did you see Friday's data reflected in the Historical Data Manager around 8 AM?

I do not see how the NinjaTrader historical server is related, since you load historical data from IB.

Why don't you use instrument settings for your chart. Session template would then be EUREX Fixed Income Futures. Can not reproduce here with session template 24/5 either.

I did not reload around 8 AM.
What I see from my indicators is however that the friday data is present, but it is just not displayed on the chart. Friday data on the chart has only 1 bar at 22:15 CET.

@Harry: You must check Monday mornings . The missing data problem as I report it since July 2010 resolves by itself by 11 AM. A waste of time to report tests later in the morning. To reproduce you must test early in the day.

I prefer 24/5 template.
Now I set its time zone reference to UTC+1, we will see next monday

Can you please check the Historical Data Manager Monday next week around 8 AM. Check if Friday's data is listed there.

If so, please create a new chart while not being connected to IB and check if Friday's data is loaded.

Check again while connected to IB.

Hi, I am new to Ninja and I am having the same problem.
Came in today and I see no Friday data for FGBL, FGBS and FGBM.
I have done the Reload all Historical data and session templates are for Eurex fixed income.

Can anyone please tell me what I can do.

Same problem here, with Zen-Fire connection

Hello NinjaTrader Team,

I am currently experiencing the same issue here.

My data provider is Zen-Fire.

Currently no data for Friday, 12th of November displayed in the charts for several Eurex products (FDAX, FGBL, FESX).

When I look to the historical data manager, for all three instruments, I see only one entry under minute data for November 12. The time for this entry is 22:17, and it has the same value for open, high, low, and close ...

"Reload historical data" has no effect, also "delete, repair db and reload" has no effect. When I delete the single minute data item in the historical data manager, it is produced again by the next reload.

I tested it on my end and currently I am able to load Friday's data for Eurex instruments.

Could you please restart NinjaTrader and check if you are able to load Friday's data as well.

After restarting NinjaTrader, data for Friday, November 12 is now available from Zen-Fire.

But when I tried this same procedure an hour ago, the data was still missing.

Maybe NT needs some time to wake up on Mondays? Should drink less over the weekends :-)

same here today.

I have IB connection NT7 B23

This morning missing Friday data.
B23 improved however with respect to B22.

Now the chart shows a blank space for friday.
Reload historical data does not help.

All this is strange as my friday data was still there on Friday evening, because NT7 was running on Friday (and saved chart data as historical)
As I open NT7 on Monday morning 8AM the chart is reloaded and Friday data is gone.
It seems however that this data is gone only on the chart.
My indicator can still correcltly reference the friday data.
