NT7 won't launch properly

Double click icon for NT7, the "loading assemblies" screen comes up, but NT doesn't launch. Click icon again and it says that I can't have 2 instances running. Task manager shows the process is running, but there is nothing visible on monitor. I have to click end process to shut it down.

I deleted all NT from computer and downloaded again with the same result.

Running vista 64 bit.

NT7 was working ok until 3 or 4 days ago. 6.5 still runs.

Ghostland, can you please post your most recent trace file from My Documents/NinjaTrader 7/trace? When you did the full reinstall, did you delete the entire My Documents/NinjaTrader 7 folder? If not, please try that because many settings are stored in that folder, and it is not removed when uninstalling from the Control Panel.
