I cannot receive trade VOLUME data for stock indexes - ^DJIA, ^COMP or ^SP500 from TD Ameritrade or Google since I have used Ninjatrader. Whatever is Minute or Day time period. I checked data table VOLUME IS 1. Please advice this issue. Thanks.

Unfortunately volume data is not supported for indices with Google. You will load a volume value of 1 for each day.
I could not test it with TD AMERITRADE, but am I correct you load volume values of 1 as well? If so, please check with TD AMERITRADE if your TD AMERITRADE connection supports volume data for indices.
