    can not start 64 bit ninja

    Hi im running version 7 build 21. (windows 7 ultimate 64 bit)

    the 64 bit version is giving me errors, see:
    World's leading screen capture + recorder from Snagit + Screencast by Techsmith. Capture, edit and share professional-quality content seamlessly.


    and:

    Thank you for your post.

    Please send a note to Supoprt [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with 'ATTN: Kyle' in the subject line.

    In the message, please include the following:
    1.) A link to this forum thread.

    2.) Your most current trace file.
    You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
    Today's trace file will be named 'trace.20100922.txt'.

      Hi Kyle, I am having the same issue. I am running Win 7 Pro. Just installed V7.21 yesterday and decided to try 64bit now that Zen is supported. No joy.
      I can send the trace log if you want it.

          Hi im running version 7 build 21. (windows 7 ultimate 64 bit)
          64bit NT
          data flow ok zenfire
          connection box red
          unable to place orders
          no issues with 32bit

          not a problem, just so u know 64bit not good yet

            Please attach your log/trace files and a rough timestamp as to when you were connected to 64-bit Zen.
