Suggestion for DrawTextFixed

Might it be possible to have positions at:

TextPosition.TopCenter
TextPosition.BottomCenter

That just allows us to place text at one more location that does not overlap NT's own text notifiers. That would be especially true of TextPosition.BottomCenter, where NT never places any of its own text.
