NT7 indicator layering

I plotted an indicator on a chart and wanted it to be on top of another indicator. The one I wanted on top I entered last. On my first chart this worked, however on my second chart the indicator I entered last displays under the first indicator.

I looked in the parameters for indicators and don't see where to edit anything to control this. How is this done and why did I get different results on the two charts? Is it possible I did something I was unaware of?

To adjust the z-order of objects can be done by selecting the object as it is on the chart and then mouse wheeling up/down.

I tried this, but after selecting the indicator, the mouse wheel only moves the entire chart left and right, and has no effect on the indicator order.

Pardon my instructions. I forgot one step. You would need to hold shift on your keyboard and then scroll the mouse wheel.
