    What Does This Mean

    I could not figure out why my strategy was not taking any trades and why my signals were not executing...the chart was drawing ...so I assumed I was receiving price data..as the chart and strategy were on the same interval .. ..I received NO POPUP windows ...and considering that the error below is a super critical error when PROFITABILITY is concerned I would think that this would be a good spot for a pop up window if there ever was one ....

    It would be very helpful to know what caused this and how to prevent it.....

    Control Center Connection Monitor in lower left ... was always GREEN ...

      Mark, connections can consist internally of two parts, a price and order server one. Normally this should show you an orange, ambivalent status then in the CC - can you please fwd me logs / trace from today to check into?

      You can directly monitor OnConnectionStatus() in your scripts to include it in the NS code.

        Was there ever a resolution to this issue?
        I am seeing the same type of messages in the Output window for running strategies. Lost order connection and lost price connection.

        I saw the message update the output window at the same time that the connection status in the Control Center remained Green. Was using NT7 B22 with Zenfire.

        Is this a known issue or bug? If the connection really was lost why did the Control Center not signify the same condition?

          foxthorn, unfortunately there was never an issue reproduced / detected - how long was your connection lost?

            Well that depends on what you mean by "Connection Lost" ... as I said, the connection status in the Control Center never said it lost connection. As for the output window I saw it indicate disconnect but did not see any message indicating a reconnect. I did eventually restart the strategy to be sure it was connected.
            I let the same strategy run on a sim account overnight last night and it did not generate any disconnects.

            Anyway I guess at this point take note that at least a couple people have reported this and it's not easily reproducible. Perhaps someone on your end could investigate where/how a case could be where a disconnect would get reported to the output window but not in the Control Center window.
