Installed V7.21 for the first time and everything worked fine for one day. Second day the 6E and ES charts were froze at the end of the previous day. DX chart continued to work and DOM's work for 6E and ES. Tried creating a new chart with no indicators but still nothing new appears on the charts. Tried repairing the DB same result, reset the DB and instruments but still same result. Uninstalled V7.21 and removed all directories, reinstalled, everything worked fine for one day. Second day 6E and ES charts are froze and end of previous day. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

"Frozen" charts are most likely not frozen, but rather simply not within session. Please check your chart's Session Template to ensure that you are using a session that would actually have trading hours defined for the time frame you are looking at. If you want completely unfiltered data I suggest just using the "Default 24/7" session template.Josh P.NinjaTrader Customer Service
