More bugs: entire session missing on chart

NT 7.0.0.21, MergeBackAdjusted, Problem on Rollover Day

I use a three session template for FDAX, see screen shot attached. On rollover day, the first session is not displayed, but missing.

It seems that NT 7.0 still can not correctly handle rollover of contracts.

Reloading data does not help, the data is simply missing.

Done. I had modified my post, because I did not notice first that it is related to rollover day. It is easier this way for you to track the bug.

I threw your session template onto my chart with no issues. What steps are you taking differently?

1. PC clock = GMT+1
2. Deleted all cache and historical data to ensure I am on a clean slate with no other timezones influencing my data.
3. Connect data provider
4. Create FDAX chart on session template. Looks like attached screenshot which is accurate.

now it is even worse. The pre-session and the day session is not displayed!

It is just a default chart with the session template as below! Just does not work!

I also checked the database. All data is sitting there, but it is not being displayed by the chart.

Otherwise my system clock is GMT+1, I am first connected to Kinetick and second-connected to InteractiveBrokers. Otherwise I did as you did.

Same problem with FESX

Just opened a default chart with the Session Template. 2 sessions for today not displayed.

With the one-session template "Eurex Equity Index Futures", all data is displayed. If I change the session template of the chart, two of three sessions are missing and my chart of today now starts at 5:30 PM (end of Xetra session).

Have now started my Vista notebook, which has a default install of NT 7.0.0.21 Have entered the session from scratch. Same problem.

It means that all German users, who use the correct session for FDAX (pre-session, Xetra, after-session) cannot display charts on rollover day.

Using all of your exact settings some of our machines work fine as seen in my screenshot posted earlier and some don't. We will look into it.

thanks for confirming the bug. Once it is identified, it can be cured!

After 10:00 PM (last session break) the day is displayed correctly. So actually this is what happened

from 08:00 to 09:00 -> chart correct
from 9:00 to 17:30 -> session from 8:00 - 9:00 missing
from 17:30 to 22:00 -> sessions from 8:00 - 9:00 and 9:00 - 17:30 missing
after 22:00 -> chart correct

So, if I am lucky it will work until December 16!

Today is volume cross-over for CL, so I declared it rollover day in the master data of the instrument for CL 11-10.

I also use a three session template for CL to catch the RTH session from 9:00 to 14:30 (session template attached)

Again the European session from 18:00 PM EST to 9:00 AM EST is completely missing.

Same problem here as with FDAX.
