Forex Data Discrepancy/MBTrading

Did anyone get a wildly low price print just before rollover today? I am running NT 7.21 with renko chart and got a low EUR/USD forex print just prior to rollover that was 100 pips lower than the market low today! MBTrading reports that it was not due to their data.

I contend MBT is in a state of denial about their data feed to NT. I am constantly getting disconnects and trade failure alerts.

Any input would be helpful. Thanks.

Thank you for your post.

Please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with 'ATTN: Kyle' in the subject line.

In the message, please include the following:
1.) A link to this forum thread.

2.) Your most current trace file.
You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
Today's file would be named 'trace.20100913.txt'.

3.) An image of your chart showing this 'bad tick'.
To send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CRTL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.
