NT not responding

Tried to connect through zen today, but NT did not respond. This occurred 3 times with v 20. Once with 6.5. Then I installed v 21, but it still occurred.

Kinetick data will connect. Yet my mirus connection will not. So perhaps zen is down for off-hours maintenance or something?

nepenthean, this could quite possibly be the case. I am also unable to connect to Zen-Fire with my personal account.

Guess its hard for me to understand why a NT customer service person would recognize the problem and "guess" not verify what the problem is.. No Soup for us!!

gg80108, we hadn't heard back yet from Zen-Fire when I replied to your post. They are indeed performing maintenance.

Guess my expectations are different then the new generation.. when I was in the business as a courtesy to the customers, we would keep them informed of anytimes to expect outages.. But no one seems to give a hoot about that anymore.....

Problem for NT is that u are zen to us........like it or not

gg80108 - I have asked Zenfire if they could put a status message on their website when they are down. If they get enough requests they may do so. hint hint.
