PFG Best Historical Data Servers problem

Hi I forget the exact message but whenever I connect it says that there is a problem with historical data servers... most likely it is a cannot connect message.

What are the correct servers and ports for historical data servers?

I am using it for Forex, I mean trying to load currency data

Unfortunately we would not have the information for this. Best would be to contact your brokerage directly for the login information required for your particular account with them.

I have also been getting historical data errors. I gave PFG a call and they said it might have to do with the rollover to DEC contract and how far you have your chart look-back period set.
If your look-back period is high the front month contract will not have sufficient trade day, probably for another month or longer.
Lowering your Range Setting should help.
