Renko 3 brick spins out of control

    Ninja7.0.0.21
    Windows 7 (64bit)
Dualcore CPU....4gig memory...Raid 0 harddrive...all patches and OS updates current.
    Nothing else running with Ninja...

When I start a Renko chart bricksize 3....and any value greater than 1 in "Days to Load"....Ninja goes into a spin. Memory steadily increases until it maxes out. the chart displays "Loading Data", but never responds. I have to kill the Ninja Process in task manager.
    (see attached screen grabs)

NOTE: This behavior does not happen on Renko Bricksize = 2. I can select any value of "Days to Load" and the chart will eventually load.....CPU/memory stay normal. I can also load "1" in "Days to Load" with bricksize 3 and get a chart....any other value locks up.

I've tried this multiple times....and did it using a fresh workspace with no other charts or indicators running...... Always happens the same way.

    Hello Photog53,

I tested a 3 Renko chart on my end using a value of 3 for 'Days back', however I did not experience the behavior you report. I tried a 4 Renko chart for 10 days back which loaded all requested data as well.

Does it only occur with the 6E instrument?

Can you please reboot your PC and check if the issue persists when you perform the same steps.

In addition, to what connectivity provider are you connected - does it make a difference if you are not connected at all?

I'll check with other instruments......(I only use it on the 6E right now).

Yes...I did a reboot and got the problem again (last night)
everything else seems to be working fine....(perhaps it is a computer gremlin )

      Thanks.....

Ok, please let me know the outcome when checking other instruments.

Do you perhaps load a chart template in the chart? If so, please check if there is a difference if you load the chart without a chart template.
