    Error when connecting to ZenFire

    Hello

    I have just upgraded to beta 21. When i try to log on to Mirus futures with zen fire, I get the message i have attached.

    We are looking into a resolve for this issue right now. Can you please try uninstalling and then reinstalling NT7? We believe the issue has to do with the Rithmic DLL somehow not updating during the install process. Please let us know if that would help. Thanks.

      I've got the same error. I upgraded from 7.0.0.20 to 7.0.0.21


      Any help will be welcome,

        Same problem here.

        Uninstalled and reinstalled everything. Now i dont have the error message anymore but it takes forever to connect ... with some "connection lost" in between...

        pretty unhappy about this - a bit more dilligent QA would certainly not hurt i'd say - especially since this is probably the most used adapter...

          Joe,

          Can you also please try uninstalling NT7 and then reinstalling it? It would be important to uninstall it to try and get the DLLs repopulated into your NT install. Please let us know if this would not resolve the issue for you. Thank you.

              after uninstalling and reinstalling ninjatrader connection to zenfire works again.

                razorbuzz67 and anyone else who has tried uninstalling but still runs into the issue please try this:

                1. Uninstall NT7 via Control Panel
                2. Delete C:\Program Files\NinjaTrader 7 if it exists. If you are on a 64-bit machine please delete C:\Program Files (x86)\NinjaTrader 7. (NOTE: You will lose any custom sounds or any files you have in these directories)
                3. Clear your internet browser cache
                4. Redownload, reinstall NT7

                        To those who experienced problems:

                        - Did you all "check" the enable 64-bit option
                        - Are you all running 64-bit windows
                        - Are you all connecting via 64-bit NinjaTrader

                          Hello. It works at my place after I uninnstall and reinnstalled.
                          I have XP 32 bit installation and installed NT 7 with standard features..

                            - You installed on your 32 bit XP
                            - You did not check the any 64-bit option
                            - Tried to connect as you usually do

                              Yes, on my 32 bits XP
                              No, I did a standard installation both times. Did not check for anything.
                              Yes, connected as I always do, First time wirh the B 21 installation, it did not connect. After uninnstall and reinnstall, and deleting the NT 7 folder, it did connect

                              And the "Enable 64-bit" square box in the Tools > Account Connection section, is not checked on my installation.
