I have just upgraded to beta 21. When i try to log on to Mirus futures with zen fire, I get the message i have attached.

We are looking into a resolve for this issue right now. Can you please try uninstalling and then reinstalling NT7? We believe the issue has to do with the Rithmic DLL somehow not updating during the install process. Please let us know if that would help. Thanks.Josh P.NinjaTrader Customer Service

Same problem here.
Uninstalled and reinstalled everything. Now i dont have the error message anymore but it takes forever to connect ... with some "connection lost" in between...
pretty unhappy about this - a bit more dilligent QA would certainly not hurt i'd say - especially since this is probably the most used adapter...

razorbuzz67 and anyone else who has tried uninstalling but still runs into the issue please try this:
1. Uninstall NT7 via Control Panel
2. Delete C:\Program Files\NinjaTrader 7 if it exists. If you are on a 64-bit machine please delete C:\Program Files (x86)\NinjaTrader 7. (NOTE: You will lose any custom sounds or any files you have in these directories)
3. Clear your internet browser cache
4. Redownload, reinstall NT7

No, I did a standard installation both times. Did not check for anything.
Yes, connected as I always do, First time wirh the B 21 installation, it did not connect. After uninnstall and reinnstall, and deleting the NT 7 folder, it did connect
And the "Enable 64-bit" square box in the Tools > Account Connection section, is not checked on my installation.Last edited by stibflo; 09-09-2010, 03:21 PM.
