CL 10-10 contract zen-fire, no historical data loaded

I see historical data for CL 10-10 in the Historical Data Manager, but when I look at the live chart for CL only the current data is shown. "Reload All Historical data" does not solve this issue. Historical data exists and loads correctly for ES. Zen-fire.

Thank you for your post.

From the Control Center, please click Tools > Options.
In the Options menu, navigate to the Data tab.

What is your merge policy setting?

Merge policy setting is MergeBackAdjusted

Adjust for Splits, Adjust for Dividents and Get data from server are all checked.

Please set your merge policy to 'DoNotMerge', then click OK.
Next, load a new CL chart. Does the issue persist?
