session manager for European time

I have added a user from Paris that is on a PC set to 24 hour clock....we have reset his pc clock to EDT and his chart session and instrument session to a 9am to 9 am template

he is using zenfire trading the FDAX in sim mode....chart still shows wrong time per screenshot attached

key is also not using 24 hour clock

bigger problems now with another european time user

a user in Italy is on 6 hour time difference
change her PC clock to USA eastern
rebooted computer
minute charts show correct time on chart
all other charts are off by 2 hours
plus....big gaps in data on all chart except min charts
rebooted again...no improvement

Can you please tell me what interval is selected in the other charts?

Could the gaps be related to the session template that is selected in the chart? Do the gaps persist if you select the 'Default 24/7' session template in the chart?

switched to 24/7 session template
1 min chart fine
500 vol 2 hours off and big gaps in data
same problem with 150 tick chart

Can you please tell me to what connectivity provider the user connects to in NinjaTrader.

What instrument is selected in the 500 volume and 150 tick charts? Do they receive real-time or could it be data is stuck on one price?

Could you perhaps post screenshots of these charts that display the gaps.

using zenfire via amp....
8E 12-10 in all charts
real time feed...i.e. price exactly same as mine in real time

I suspect since timezone switching was done, your local data repository now has a mix of old timezone + new timezone data. This obviously would not fly and would cause all sorts of weird data. What I suggest is deleting all data to ensure you have a clean slate, then download fresh data from your data provider and then it should all be in the correct timezone with correct timestamps.
