Locale date format

Hi,

Could you please go through all the places that use dates and make sure they use the locale for their format (I assume that's how you do it) At the moment some do and some don't, and it's really irritating. E.g. Strategy Analyzer cumulative profit uses locale, crosshair on chart doesn't, so has an American date format (my locale is UK)
