    Dynamic SuperDOM Market Depth freeze

    Hi

I'm using v7 Beta 20 connected to Interactive Brokers TWS build 906.8 and using IQFeed data.

I'm having an intermittent problem with the Dynamic SuperDOM where the Market Depth display freezes. Sales continue to update, but the inside bid and offer prices and market depth volumes do not. The level II data is coming from TWS, not IQFeed. The level II in TWS continues to update normally while the Dynamic SuperDOM display is frozen.

If I disconnect from TWS, then reconnect, the display returns to normal.

    Thanks in advance..

    Hello frankric,

    Thank you for your post.

We have received a report there was maintenance being done this morning at 5:00 AM CST which may have affected Interactive Brokers. This maintenance has been finished at this time. Please restart NinjaTrader at this time and let me know if the issue persists.

Thanks for your prompt response Christopher, but this is an intermittent problem that has been occurring for some time, so it isn't related to that particular maintenance. Last night (yesterday your time) the problem became more frequent, which is what prompted me to post. I get the impression that it tends to occur during periods of hectic market activity, but I can't be 100% sure of that.

      Regards

      Frank
