Saved workspaces disappear

If ninja gives me a message that it has to close close due to an error and then closes, when I open it again the name of the workspace still shows under workspaces, but all the charts and settings are gone and it is a blank slate and I have to reset up all the charts and configure them again. The templates are still there. This happened when I upgraded from version 15 as well as when I uninstalled the old version and reinstalled the newest version that needed no special upgrading steps.

Thank you for your post.

Unfortunately, workspaces do tend to become corrupted when an unexpected shutdown occurs. Likely, you'll need to re-create these settings.

So that I may investigate the crash itself, please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with 'ATTN: Kyle' in the subject line.

In the message, please include the following:
1.) A link to this forum thread.

2.) Today's trace file:
You'll find that file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
Today's trace file will be named 'trace.20100902.txt'.
