Problem with KAGI chart and mail to support

I tried using a kagi chart and it seemed to work ok for a while but then I got the message "UNABLE TO WRITE CACHE DATA" then- a problem had happened and I needed to shut down. After restarting I quickly changed the kagi to a minute chart but every time I restart I get the same message and it tells me to click on mail to support.- but that doesnt work I have included that message as well as log and trace files

Not a problem now that I have taken the KAGI chart off my workspace. IS there a problem with this type of chart?

Hi raycam, none that I'm currently aware of - if you readd the Kagi chart now, can you reproduce the issue? Would you remember the settings you used so I can give it a try here?

Thanks, please let me know should it reoccur - was the Swing indicator on this chart as the issue appeared?

This KAGI issue has settled down- but incidentally today I again tried to adjust the Reversal type to percentage and I had exactly the same problems again- cannot load chart data, ninja trader has encountered a problem and has to shut down.

I have set it up as follows, LAST, Kagi, Tick, 610, 2, Tick.
That works fine until you change the last choice to percentage rather than tick.
If someone could see if they can replicate that on their machine- I would have an idea whether it is still me or the program.
