Upgraded b19 to B20 and now cannot logon to eSignal

The upgrade results in not being able to connect to eSignal. I get an error for each eSignal server, one by one.
"Login failed. Unable to connect to......". I have recreated the eSignal connection and also "repaired" the NT install.

Hello momentom,

Can you please try the following steps. Open the eSignal Data Manager and check if you can log in. If so, please close the eSignal Data Manager.

Subsequently start NinjaTrader and check if you can get connected to eSignal.

If the issue remains, can you please send your eSignal username and password to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com, so we can test your connection on our end. Please reference this forum thread in your email.

Yes, that's what I did. Same issue on more than 1 PC after upgrade to b20. I'm not supplying my eSignal credentials as they are connected to my brokers account.

Can you please reboot one of the PC's and check if you can get connected to eSignal without opening the eSignal Data Manager.

Could you please clarify how your credentials are connected to your broker's account. Could it be these credentials will only work in the eSignal software itself?

In addition, please try the following - you will lose all created connections in NinjaTrader. While NinjaTrader is closed, please go to (My) Documents-->NinjaTrader 7 and delete the Config.xml file. Subsequently create a new eSignal connection and let me know if the issue persists.
