Migrating from 6.5 to 7

I just installed v7 in my computer but according to instructions "On the first run of NinjaTrader 7 you will have the option via a "Migrate NinjaTrader Data" pop up window to migrate some of your prior NinjaTrader settings over".
The pop up window did not come up on the first run. Is there a way to migrate 6.5 data to 7 otherwise?

designer, please try deleting the install.xml file in My Documents/NinjaTrader 7/log and the migration wizard should pop up upon a restart of NinjaTrader 7.

Thanks, It seemed it migrated ok, but how do I open my instruments and instrument lists in v7?

designer, unfortunately you will have to re-create those instruments and lists.
