Market Depth in superDOM with IB not possible

I'm trying to see the market depth for a currency EURUSD in the SuperDOM using NT7.20 and IB TWS but the SuperDOM won't allow me to enable 'show market depth'. It stays on 'false' and rejects my attempts to set it to true.

I have market depth available on TWS for the forex currency I'm looking at ($EURUSD).

The SuperDOM is showing market depth for stuff like Crude futures.

Is this a known issue?

adamus, this is unfortunately not possible in the SuperDOM, please use the FXPro window for such usage.

I don't seem to have the same screen for my FxPro as shown in the Help section.

See attached. Hopefully I'm not being stupid.

I do see the book of orders, but not much else of use.

Hmm - it looks like you're using a too high DPI setting for your font in Windows, try changing this to the default 96 setting and then recheck.

This is windows 7.

As the attached screenshot shows, it seems to be set to default.

Any other ideas?

Perhaps try a fresh workspace as well? If this solves it, please send me the one where the FX Pro showed up like this on your end - thanks.

Thanks for testing adamus, another idea would be using a fresh UI.xml file, it would sit in the MyDocuments\NinjaTrader 7 folder.

My UI.xml contains this:

   <Editor>
     <Size>1031;718</Size>
    </Editor>
</NinjaTrader>

Where do I get a fresh one? Or what should it be?

Thanks adamus, just delete the present UI.xml with NT closed down and then restart fresh.
