Live trading error - NT + TT

Guys-

I'm using Ninja + TT for live trading here. Last night, I was able to successfully connect NT to TT and submit at least one order manually via NT into TT.

This morning, all attempts to submit orders to TT via NT are failing, with the following message:

"Insufficient TT credits on your NT account to close open position(s) affected by order : Buy 1 Limit @ xxxx"

I cannot send market orders either.

My IT guys on this end have never seen this error, and directed me to you guys for a solution - ideas?

CG, this error is related to insufficent TT transaction credits to place orders, they can be purchased for your license here -

I'm sorry - "transaction credits"? I wasn't aware of any extra fees associated with trading via TT, as indicated by this thread:

What are these "credits", where do I get them, and what do they cost?

PS - I'm not using the SuperDOM - this is for automated trading via FIX.

Sorry CG, you are right - those should be needed by trading on the TT adapter, can you please send me your license used via PM or to support at ninjatrader dot com?
