PFG Best data problem

If workspace have eurusd and gpdusd range bar charts, it's only download historical data
to only one chart, and tells error in downloading data, and keeps downloading status in control panel.

This happen when you open ninja and try to make connection.

have to start blank ninja and connect and using historical data manager download first, and open a new charts .

In many cases, the type of behavior that you describe can be indicative of a workspace corruption.

Please open a new workspace by clicking File > Workspaces > New Workspace.
In the new workspace, open new charts of the instruments you mentioned.

Does data load in full here?
