Esignal data problem

I have subscribed to Esignal data feed. Now I have problems to get CL and GC.
I get the message: ...Native Error (-14). You are not entitled for this service.

I use Ninja 7 latest build.

CL and GC are part of the Globex Waiver package and I have no problem to get the data with the Esignal software. The Esignal support also confirmed that I have access to CL and GC data.

Only in Ninja I get the errors. By the way with other symbols such as YM or ES everything is working fine in Ninja.

Where could be the problem?

Thank you for your post.

Unfortunately NinjaTrader does not support instruments included within the waived package offered by eSignal at this time. In order to receive data you would be required to subscribe to CL U0 and GC U0 as apposed to instruments that require the = sign such as CL U0=1 or GC U0=1.
