market replay - charts disappearing

    market replay - charts disappearing

    Hi Ive downloaded market replay via external data feed.

    I went over, say 5th of July, I want to jump to 6th of July but the chart from 5 of July disappears! I need that 5th July there to see but it just goes. Or if im on the 5th of July say at the end of the trading day and I want to rewind to middle of the day the whole chart goes again and starts from the middle of the day but the start of the day disappears..

    I have used NT7 beta 19 and everything worked just fine. Now I have beta 20 and cant do a thing. I have saved my session in workspaces but its still the same.

    Any idea how I can fix it?

    Hello mikky182,

    Can you clarify what you mean by external data feed? Are you using File > Utilities > Download Replay data feature?

    If the issue happens only with a specific workspace, could you please send in to [email protected] so we can attempt to reproduce here?

    Workspaces are stored in:
    My Documents\NinjaTrader 7\Workspaces

      hi Ryan

      thats right went utility - download replay data. lets say i will download 1 of july - 9 of july

      thats working fine. They replay just fine as well
      connect - market replay

      I load my desired day say 6th of july. it works fine, ill get to the end of trading day of the 6th of july. I want to jump to the start of next day wich is the 7th
      Go To - 07/07/10 in my case starting day is 14:30 Dublin, London time.

      It will load that day but the previous day will disappear, cant use lets say pivot or anything which takes data from the previous day..

      its the same for all workspaces, tried 2 doesnt work on either of them

        Can you please let us know the following:
        1) What time zone is your computer set to?
        2) What session template are you using?
        3) What is equidistant bar spacing set to? Right Click > Properties

          Hey Ryan,

          1) UTC Dublin, London
          2) Default 24/7 - session are based on the following time zone (UTC Dublin, London (Liffe, Lse...)
          3) True
