Install ver 20 over 15

Hi

Trying to help out my friend who installed version 20 over version 15 without following the procedures outlined in the release notes. Does he have to remove everything now and start over.

Unfortunately, it may be required to reinstall completely.

If you will send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with 'ATTN: Kyle' in the subject line with the most current trace file from this PC, I would be happy to see if anything else could be done.

In the message, please include the following:
1.) A link to this forum thread.

2.) The most current trace file from your friend's PC.
Trace files will be found in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
Today's trace file would be named 'trace.20100818.txt'.
