    Subscription to this instrument has been aborted

    Hello,

    I've just installed NT7b20 and imported my settings/instruments/connections from NT6.5.
    When I add a chart with ES I get the following error and I only see data from the day before (see attached JPG). The bid/ask values are updated but not the bars.

    Can you help me out? Have you had this issue reported before?

    Hello Braulio,

    Thank you for your note.


    Can you please right mouse click within your chart-->Data Series-->Session template-->Select Default 24/5 or Default 24/7-->Click Ok.

    Please let me know if you then receive real time data within your chart.

      Hi Christopher,

      Yes, that fixed it selected "Default 24/7" and it looks ok.
      Is that what caused the "subscription aborted" message on the trace file?

        Glad to hear that did the trick.

        Do you still receive this message after setting your Session template to Default 24/5 or 24/7?
